• A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am interested in the social psychology of how we grow teams and organizations.

I love working on projects that involve:

    1. INNOVATING

innovating new business models and operational directions, for organizations,

    teams and individuals

    2. STRUCTURING

structuring programs, relationships, transactions, strategic plans, ... the list is endless

    3. NEGOTIATING

there's nothing more energizing than a good negotiation, except maybe a perfect ski run

    4. TRANSLATING

I speak law, business and engineering, and I'm great at translating between them.

I am also conversant in txt. LOL.

Why have a "women's leadership program?

Why have a “women’s” leadership program?

I often talk or train at corporate women’s leadership programs. Every now and then I’m asked by someone, ‘Why do you support a leadership program that separates women from others? Why not just talk about leadership to everyone?’.
